Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is the foundation of this practice. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something isn't working, we build a clear picture of what's driving it and a targeted plan for addressing it. Sessions are purposeful and intervention-focused — you'll leave with more than a feeling of being heard.
My approach is integrative and built around you specifically, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and psychodynamic methods depending on what your situation calls for. This is ongoing work at your pace, with a real therapeutic relationship at the center of it.
Couples
Most couples arrive knowing exactly what their pattern looks like. They just haven't been able to stop it. I work with couples at every stage — in crisis, at a crossroads, or wanting to break a cycle before it does more damage. Sessions are structured and intervention-focused, with practical communication tools and emotionally focused techniques that help partners actually hear each other. You won't leave without something concrete to work with. I work with couples of all identities and relationship structures including LGBTQ couples, non-monogamous partnerships, and blended families.
