I built this practice because I know firsthand what it feels like when something isn't working and conventional approaches aren't enough. Before returning to clinical work I spent fifteen years in demanding professional roles across government, nonprofit leadership, marketing, and the private sector. I know what it feels like when external success and internal experience don't match.
My approach is integrative and built around you. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic methods, and psychodynamic frameworks depending on what your situation calls for. No single modality works for everyone, so I take time to understand who you are and what will actually move the needle for you specifically.
I believe each of us carries an innate capacity for healing and transformation. Not just symptom relief, not just learning to tolerate life, but real change that reaches the deeper patterns driving your experience. Each of us has a unique path, and the challenges we face are often the very things guiding us toward greater self-understanding and inner strength. That work requires the right tools, a real therapeutic relationship, and someone willing to go to the deeper places with you. That's what this practice is built for.
I work with individuals, couples, and people of all identities and relationship structures. This is not a practice where you will need to explain yourself or educate your therapist. You can simply do the work.
